yeah, definitely. people are revolting in Brazil because of this: the government should've spent money in aspects that would've benefited their citizens, rather than in publicity events. It's unreasonable that they are hosting football competitions AND the Olympics, too, so at least one of these events should go to another country. If not to make it fairer, than to make the Brazilian government see that they are not currently doing the right thing.
