Depends in what use, look up most trusted antivirus programmes. There are some, who are scam and virus itself. Some "scam" antivirus programmes spy on you. And you don't want that...
I'll give you a list of programmes you can use :)

the anti viruses are arranged according to ability to detect both known and unknown malware in descending order.............

I don't really have these programmes, because I'm using Norton™ AntiVirus 2013 ;)
