I wonder why you want to go back to AOL. I was on that from the first time I touched a computer. (Maybe 20 years ago) I decided to go to G mail. Now I find that G mail is difficult for me to use. I have got to learn it very soon. A lot of people think AOL is inferior but I don’t know why. I think I want one of those computers for elderly people. (Anybody who laughs is gonna get trouble from me)

AOL is the browser of choice for newbies. I know people that not only pay for cable service but also pay AOL for the same service because they are naive about computers and the internet. AOL takes advantage of these people, also, IMHO, AOL is a virus, once you put it on your computer, it takes over everything, its a data miner and a Trojan- The ads constantly poping up. I prefer a NFP user browser and a dedicated private gateway. I get no ads, no spam. I also use my IP email to outlook, no webmail for me. Except for when I must leave an email for purchases, I will use yahoo or Hotmail.
NFP? AOL ... IT HAS TO GO! About three years ago WE were paying AOL. Grrrrrrrrrr. I needed this information, Vinny. I’ve always wondered but never asked.
