    No, akaQA is not a scam. It uses volunteers to answer questions. Volunteers are not required to answer any question. They are free to pick and choose what they answer. You want a diagram, well this means a diagram has to exist on the internet before anyone can bring it to you. It also requires the time of a volunteer to go and look for the diagram. Patience is a virtue when you are using a free help forum to find things for you.


    By posting to the answered section of your question, you have moved your question to the answered page. The volunteers probably assume your question is answered since you moved it to the answered page.
