I am assuming this is an electric mower by your question.
Is the motor running? Is it humming? If none of the mentioned, check the fuse, if humming, check for something lodged that is keeping it from running. If its running but the blades aren't turning, its a belt broken. Ir chain what every it might be as the power transfer.
If Colleen's solutions are not the fix, check solenoid

Craftsman riding mower would be gas not electric. They have a battery for the electric starter and headlight.
Yeah, I don't think we've reached the 'riding electric lawnmower' unless of course, you can fit a couple 42" blades to the undercarriage of a Prius. LOL!
sounds like the engine is toast. I agree, check to see if you can move the flywheel on top of engine, if no pull starter, take off the screen, and remove plug wire, then push flywheel with a screwdriver, or by hand, make sure plug wire is off. This will show if engine is free, or seized up.
