When you send a group email (the same message to more than one person), there are 2 main ways to do so.
The first is called CC (Carbon copy) and means all recipients will receive the message as well as a list of the other email addresses that you have sent a copy to. This is only suitable when everyone in that group is happy for others to view their email address.
The second way is called BCC (Blind carbon copy) This acts in the same way except the recipients will not be able to view each others emails or who else was sent a copy.
When you compose your email, depending on the email software/client you use, somewhere near the ''send to'' box, you should see an option for CC/BCC. Select the right option for you and just add each email address you wish to send to, separating each one with a comma.
