You can download it here > http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/ie-8-worldwide-languages
You will have to uninstall IE 10 first so the two do not conflict. Make sure you have another browser to access the internet so you can download IE 8 after uninstalling IE 10.
