    Yes, and if you need a rooting hormone supply, here is a natural one.  Cut a couple shoots of willow, pussy will, weeping willow or whatever.  Put it in a vase, or similar container with the desired plant cutting you want to root.  Keep water in the vessel until you see the roots, when well defined, remove the desired one, and plant in a soil medium and keep wet.
