But there were a lot of good answers and I had one myself. I feel cheated. Somebody is paranoid.
It had to do with itsmee's admiration of Umbriel...(again) along with a few other members who think he's wonderful. This has been re-hashed several times by members who apparently, weren't very observant of his ramblings. He is gone and will remain gone. The real question of why others are gone...well, that's another story, isn't it? I wish that you had had the opportunity to respond.
On his good days, he reminded me of my dad - an old time intellectual sitting in front of his glass of sherry reading poetry. My dad did not have the bad day comments that he made. I sure didn’t see the worst of them.
So ... hmmm ... I’d been gone for a few weeks and when I returned there was an echo in the halls of akaqa. I didn’t know who was gone ... just that it was a little hollow. One name stood out of those that were absent.
I am sorry if I caused problems for anyone. I know it’s better to not speak of those that have left. I won’t in the future.

The question may have been locked. Moderators can decide to lock a question for reasons that the answers could get out of hand. Usually it is questions that are of a sexual nature, an example would be........."Why do we have pubic hair". It is a fair enough question to ask / answer but, could invite unnecessary silly answers. One helpful answer is sufficient.

No, this was an innocent question. I really wanted to put in my "why". I don't feel like it opened any unwanted doors but rather made someone paranoid.........
You know ... I found a question like this too. It truly was innocent. It was something like "can carrots and peas be served at the same meal." (That was not it, of course!) I think someone just forgot to add the little boxes. dunno.
