    Tenant has been evicted due to repairs from flooding with tenant having no where to go

    Do you have something like the Red Cross in Queensland?   (say hi to Townsville for me...)

    Was it the tenant's fault for the damage caused by the plumbing? In what legal jurisdiction did this occur? Has this plumbing ever been repaired before?

    No. Water damage to the unit from flooding. Tenant informed to move whilst repairs carried out. Even though living in this enviroment awaiting repairs. Walls to be removed due to Mildew.
