There is no phone number for Facebook. The only thing they offer is the help section which is not a lot of help.
Some things you can try to make sure it's not a script error in your computer.
Update Falsh > http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
Delete your Cookies http://www.ehow.com/how_18044_delete-cookies.html
Delete Your Browser's History http://www.ehow.com/how_6075_delete-browsers-history.html
Reboot your computer and try Facebook again.
