I  dad went to court  after having full custody of my two sons 14 n 17  to re modification and for the request of their mom to get full custody of both boys. Through time the I allowed to oldest to go live with his mom due to him making bad choices in life and getting in trouble and therefor thought it would be good for him to have a change of involvement. The Judge  made an order for the oldest to live with mom while the 14yr still remained with me during that time. Will after going before the judge the 14yr had requested to go with mom and therefore both boys remained with mom. The oldest has said he wants to come back home with me. We are still in the temporary order stage which have not come to pass yet  for what reason I'm not aware of. How do I get the oldest back home with me after he says he wants to come live with me. The judge never spoke with him about where he wanted to go, and I think it maybe cause he is still on probation till he is 18. What can I do to get him back, need help or advise?
