    how I get locked mail account in a case of security purpose?

    Two months ago my regular mail account was closed due to security case as I  informed. In the course of my trying to open it, I asked to fill some information that I provided 5 years before. Currently I forgot all security information. Dear, How do you help me to get my old email account?
