"Being poor" comes in varying degrees. Some have absolutely nothing, such as water....some have to eat poorly due to lack of money, or go without medical attention, or skip events such as birthdays or weddings, or give up their car, or wear old clothes, or pay part of a bill instead of the full amount, or lose their home, or get evicted, or cancel their internet/tv, or never go to a movie or out for a restaurant meal.....I could go on. Doing without (whatever that may be) on a daily basis, is stressful and awful and "just get a job" is not always as easy as it sounds!

you keep trying to earn. you move to cities where you can make a living for yourself and family you left behind. Poverty is a sickness you dont wish on anybody.  If God has blessed you with means, help others in any way you can.
