Drinking a lot of water removes impurities from the body and flushes the kidneys. There is no guaranty that it can remove odors. If your body odor is that bad, see a doctor and make sure it's not because of a medical problem. Diet and medicines have more of an impact on body odor. Bathing helps too.

If you are doing all the normal hygiene procedures and you still have B.O. I would go to a doctor right away. As others have said, water will flush out the system but if you have something going on, then its doctor time, not internet time.

I had kidney failure in 2007, (cured) one thing that was very noticeable was bad odor, this is because the kidneys are not working therefore not cleaning the blood, still the body's natural reaction to toxins is to get rid of it any way it can, so it comes out of your pores and it doesn't smell good either. Drink and shower doesn't take care of it.   This is one reason (a serious one) There are probably others, however, if you are not feeling 'up' low energy I would go to a doctor right away.

Drinking water helps...washing in water  regularly and thoroughly helps more!..Pay full attention to hygiene so that you are clean,presentable,feel better about yourself and show respect to those around you.Bathe/showers prevent build up of bacteria...use an anti perspirent/deoderant ...for under arms etc..Body odour is often a result of stale smelling sweat on clothing..but see your Dr..if fear odour is a potential infection or persists.
