Sunny and mild in Essex about 12 c at the moment, looks like being a nice weekend, will have to get out on my bike tomorrow, and get some excercise.

There are two levers one for the front set and one for the back set, and they each have numbers on them.
When I went out cycling yesterday, there were alot of cyclists stopped for a few moments to pay their respects at a junction where a cyclist was hit by a car and died last Saturday. He was 73 and still a very active cyclist, taking part in racers and everything. It's very sad.
I Use to have a racing bike a long time ago,fix weel,531steel,hand built,i was going around a corner and a taxie ran over it and crush the rear of the bike,it was called an A. Walkling,the bike i mean,
