Sign into your email account by providing your username and password, and click on the email you wish to print out.

Find the "print" icon on the email that you have just opened. Some email providers place an icon that resembles a printer near the top of the screen. Other email providers have a "print" link in text on the top right corner of the screen.

Click on the printer icon or link. A dialog box will appear on your screen, allowing you to choose how many copies you would like to print. Once you have selected your number of copies, click on the "print" button in the bottom right corner of the dialog box.

Collect the printed email from your printer. You may want to review your printed email to confirm that everything printed out properly.
