It's free to contact them by e-mail. They can not be contacted via cellphone. So I guess your suggestion does not answer the question.

I highly doubt that will happen for a free website that people voluntarily use.

It might be free,but i bet {they} make some money out of it through advertizing,

Of course they do as do any other free site like this one. If you create a site, you too can make money from it through advertisers. They also have to pay for the bandwidth this site uses and for the license to have it hosted to the internet through the server it's on. Without the ads, they would have to charge a membership to cover those costs.
