The Duality Thought System can be transcended as a tiresome exercise by accepting the obvious fact that the only time there is is now and that accepting sorrow for later joy in merely wishful thinking. Your beliefs and denials are perceptual filters showing you an unreal world that is more like land mines scattered about through a garden. Revoking those cherished beliefs and denials is like cleaning your mud spattered glasses.
