    if i put my car on blocks can dealers still come and pick it up?

    I just brought a car and they saying that they can come pick up my car and forfeit my down payment. I want to put a lawyer on my case do you think I have a case?

    You need to speak to a lawyer and yes, they can take it even on blocks, they'll just drag it onto the flatbed. They can fix any potential damage from that. 

    If they reposess your car when it's on blocks they will simply drag it onto a tilt-tray flat bed.The cost of repairing any damage caused by this will simply be tacked on to what you already owe them. If you have a dispute with them contact a lawyer.Disabling or hiding the car is not the way to go.You will lose in the end & it will only be worse for you.
