    If you are on housing benefit of any kind and you have rooms in your home that you don't need or use the Gov are taking 14% of your benefit for every room, even if you are disabled and need an extra room for your carer, unless he/she is a resident you don't get an exemption, that is just one example, there are many more, it comes into force in April.
