    Customers have a  safe place to leave their money. Other than that, satisfaction is based on the individual.  



    Having convenient locations and hours, and a wide range of financial options. I have an account at Capital One, and many of their branches have a Keurig machine whereby one can put cups of tea and coffee for free (to compensate for their.00001% interest rate on savings, lol!) ""
