Are you kidding me,there is no manual with the phone. I recently purchased a Uniden cordless phone with answering machine, I liked it, I was able to set it up with no problem. However, the second hand set did not work, had to return it, they gave me a battery for the 2nd hand set, still did not work. I went back again, they had one set left with dual hand set with answering machine, either phone had batteries included. I had to choose another dual set, only one left, no answering machine with it, this one, the time and date will not stay set, very annoying.
This so called link to get answers is not giving me answers, it is constantly asking me for more information, not impressed at all. Please send me a manual by e-mail as I do not wish to ask questions on here, your produtools manual keeps crashing. Thank you for your time and patience. God bless you and yours.

This is akaQA, not produtools. We got none of the information you gave to them. I'm still not sure what you are having trouble with. We do not have manuals here. We have to check and see if they are available on the internet.
