Someone will always make up a rule or ten because the philosophy of Anarchy can not exist. It's an oxymoron.

Folks are rebellious about rules when they do not understand and do not grow up where the meaning and value of rules are freely discussed. There are far too many rules and laws that would best be expressed as a basically shared understanding that is common to all. We usually wear clothing in public and may go nude privately and in the company of others. Breast feeding in public should be universally acceptable. Intercourse may be acceptable in public when established as a common practice…i.e: a Roman orgy, etc. Defining laws in terms that are a language in their own right invites insurrection. Laws must be clear and reasonably easy to understand by anyone. But when laws are broken, as a crime or accidentally, there are stories to explain the facts and the need for judges and juries to determine if a crime was committed or not and what penalties and/or compensation should be considered fair and equal. Sadly our present laws are woefully inadequate and grossly unfair. Equality is bought and paid for in legal fees…inviting insurrection.
