I remember now. It was very good.

There you go.  Yet, one more reason to stay vegetarian.  Pass me the tomatoes please!

How do you ever keep from getting light-headed without meat??????

    FISH-O

    O.K. I'm in pre-contemplation. . . .

Thanks a lot! I'll never eat those Swedish meatballs again.Any wonder you can get breakfast there for $2.95.

I'll bet their bacon is made from koala bears.

I din't think so digger. But we did have a local asian resturaunt that was catching ibis's & using them in the sweet & sour chicken.TRUE!!
Thankfully they got caught in the act.

One more reason I'd never set foot in that faux-furniture store. Faux-food.

I didn't like dolphin in canned tuna! (flippers of the sea)

I didn't like kangaroo meat in McDonald's hamburgers! (McRoo)

I don't like Ikea horsemeat balls. ( swedish studballs).

    Swedes would agree.

It's nice to meet you AldeWicht!
I am part Swede. I have never been there. It would be beautiful someday for me to visit the town of Nyland. Are you familiar with it?
    I hope to get there before I'm 24 dog-years old ;)

    AldeWicht

No not really, I live in the southern area of Sweden. The best southern landscape there is called Skåne so called Scania.
I live in Malmö, sorry if I haven't heard of Nyland ^^
    AldeWicht

24 dog years? Dogs can only live for 16 years.
You'll just die from age if you over 16 dog years haha

Note: 16 dog years is 80 human years :)

I never buy frozen, prepared meals of ony kind. Our local supermarket has had a sign in the ground meat section, that states, that there no fillers in the ground meat. That sign is no longer there now. It makes me wonder why?

One of our grocery stores, suddenly has a sign over their chickens stating, "Free Range Chickens". Hmmmm...same brand they've had for years...same packaging.

Yea right, if you believe it. The FDA is not doing its job to see what supermarkets are up to. Have you seen the sign "Fresh Atlantic Salmon" and way below it says "Farm Raised" Many people unfortunately dont read labels. I always do.

Yes I have and around here, it's getting more and more difficult to find "wild". It's because most people have no clue that there is a difference in nutritional value.

    Neigh,Lad,

I have never willing eaten it, but who knows what we have eaten in the past without knowing.

Especially in the UK,if it tastes good I eat it, the thing I don't like is being told I'm eating something that they don't tell you about.

Yes, I have eaten horse knowingly, bought from a butcher. I can see no problem with eating horse but I don't want to eat horse masquerading as beef.

    Clonge

Exactly what I expected from "Monsieur Cheval!" (lol!)

    LOL!

Well I'm Swedish, but I wouldn't eat meatballs from a horse. I love horses, but I shouldn't talk. I love chickens, but in the other hand i like eating them ha!

I have tried, moose meat....really tough meat! Ikea is awesome xD

    digger

    IKEA is crap. Made-in-China-quality.
    AldeWicht

    Not all of em, :P
    Not in Sweden xD
Mostly the beds, furniture..are swedish/danish made
Maybe in USA it is... ha!

What, the duck or the horse?
