my new kea sorento awd has a noise like the body of the car shudders at 55 to65 mph and even when I back up sometimes.the tires have been balanced twice did not help.when the car is cold is when it shudders as I back up.it's like the motor causes it somehow.and driving on the highway it starts at about 50mph and gets loader as you speedup it's the worst at 60 to 65.kea motors and my usual mechanic don't know what it is. some one help please.
thanks

There are a hundred possibilities. You started with tyre balance & that's good.It may be belt separation in the tyres. It could be a badly aligned universal Or CV joint. A bent drive axle is another possibility.A broken or damaged engine mounting or it could be as simple as the exhaust pipe vibrating on the body. You say the car is new.Take it back to the dealer if it's under warranty & keep going back until it's fixed.Don't let them bulldoze you into thinking the car is OK because it's obviously not.
