Pops up where? If it's not something you played to win, then ignore it as it's a scan. Do you have your pop up blocker on? 

It has been my expierence that when anyone tells you "YOU'VE WON" ; and you know you didn't enter any contests (and/or) bought any lottery tickets - RUN!!  Scams are everywhere and the criminals are clever.Just remember what I've heard from my grandparents - "IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE,THEN IT (MOST) DEFINITILY IS; and  "NEVER BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU HEAR AND ONLY (BELIEVE) HALF OF WHAT YOU SEE".      By the way - your computer should have "POP-UP BLOCKER", enable this feature and you should be better protected from a large percentage of hidden scams.Good luck.
