You will always have skeptics and believers, but from what I know about lying, even though the video is short, you can tell the kid believes that he visited heaven. I suppose this answers the question,"are animals going to be in heaven?" Pretty interesting, there are many near death experiences out there to research. Some where people went to heaven and others where people went to hell.

Oddly enough, people who didn't previously believe in Hell have near death experiences of going to hell, strange isn't it??? How can you wind up somewhere that you don't even believe in? I've heard of a book about hell to check out called,"23 minutes in hell," might be worth checking out.

Whether you believe or not, it won't stop you soul from going to its final destination. The question is are your prepared for what is waiting at the end of the tunnel? I hope you are and if you're not, I hope you will do some research on the subject, just in case.

Really shouldn't be a surprise. We are but an eye blink from this dimension to the next where those who love God will spend an eternity in His presence.

Well who knows.. he probably is telliing the truth.. 'as he perceives it' and according to his ability to see truth on a level of awareness greater than his own. I am convinced he has a lower awareness level because of his intense emotion.. sometimes i associate with a religious experience. High awareness does not provoke such emotions, it is rather more more calm and collect and closer to positive divine love.. there was something wrong with his experience.. My opinion is that he experienced something but it may have been.. intervened.

I like all of the responses and I like your different point of views. Me personally, it could be true, it could be a scam, who really knows. There are some books out there that states some people spent, 20 minutes in heaven, 12 minutes in hell, etc.

I'm a little skeptical. If I'm correct, the video mentions the boy was in surgery and knew where his father was. I've read about people having "out of body" experience when they are close to death. I guess I'll have to read the book. Seems like a $$$$$$ making scheme to me. Why was a BOOK the first thing the kids parents had him do?

LOOK PEOPLE, I BELIEVE IN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE WHICH HOW THE BOY MIGHT HAVE KNOWN WHERE HIS FATHER WAS, I BELIEVE IN MEETING AND TALKING TO SPIRITS, YES I BELIEVE BUT WHAT I DON'T BELIEVE AND I THINK ANYBODY ELSE SHOULD IS THAT THE CHILD ACTUALLY SAW HEAVEN AND WAS IN THERE, THAT IS JUST ABSOLUTE NONSENSE, BECAUSE NO ALIVE HUMAN BEING CAN SEE SUCH A THING UNLESS YOU ARE PROPHET MUHAMMAD OR JESUS OR A REALLY GREAT PROPHET OF RELIGION, THE CHILD MIGHT'VE SEEN WHAT LOOKED TO HIM LIKE HEAVEN BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE WANTED TO BELIEVE IT WAS, YOU TEND TO SEE WHAT YOU BELIEVE YOU WANT TO SEE, AND REALLY I CAN'T BELIEVE THE FACT THAT HIS BOOK WAS AN AMERICAN BESTSELLER, JUST SHOWS YOU HOW SOCIETY IS SO DESPERATE TO PUT A MEANING IN THEIR LIFE, ANYWAYS YOU CAN BELIEVE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BUT PLEASE DO A COMPLETE RESEARCH TO WHOEVER IS OUT THERE TO FOLLOW A CHILDS BOOK WHICH MIGHT HAVE BEEN INFLUENCED BY HIS PARENTS.

If the boy has had an experience of a positive nature then thats great, anything to make the world a better place, if its a stunt for gain of some nature well! were all used to that, so it doesn't matter. .

My perception isn't that it's truth or scam. Never forget to acknowledge the unknown.. there are tricks, and there are extra terrestrial/dimensional beings with technology that transcends yet our own understanding.

When the story ends with a bestselling book about the story.... well you get the picture.

This doesn't sound factual, as he states his "pop" had wings. People are made in the image of God, as an eternal spirit, and therefore do not have wings in the spiritual realm. However, sometimes when people are approaching death and passing into the spiritual realm, it is set up as comforting as possible, and therefore it may temporarily appear as what they believe.

Some people who have near-death experiences speak of seeing a "white light", but that may be certain parts of the brain involved with conciousness firing erratically as the brain dies. I do believe in spirit, but does mind = spirit? Mind is electrical, and when the power is shut off and the network goes down, the electricity may not hang around(and I'm not talking about SSDs and Flash Memory so stfu already, lol). Ok though, if the mind is electric, then what is spirit? Maybe its a form of radiation?
