There is no magic method.If you have luck on your side you will have the winning numbers.

Picking the winning Powerball numbers is impossible. The complete randomness of the draws means that you can't select the winning numbers. I would think there are mathematicians out there that would disagree and say there is an algorithm that could give you the winning numbers... however... how many people have continuously won the Lotto  or Powerball because they have the formula? The Australian Powerball frequently drawn numbers can be found here: http://www.lottosales.com.au/Powerball_Numbers.html which might give you some clues as to which numbers you want to use - this doesn't guarantee you the winning numbers though, it just tells you which numbers have been drawn the most.
