Contact the tribunial or department of housing.
Why are you being evicted? Are you up to date on your rent .
Have you done something you shouldn't have.
With eviction notices you get the first one 30 days the second 30 days the last is 30 days so in theory you have 3 months to get out, I would move because if they are doing this now they will make the rest of your stay sh.t ..

My cousin called me in mid September. She asked if I would move into the home so it would not be empty. Squatters have moved in a vandalized the home even stole all the copper throughout the home. Plus the mortgage company was unable to rent the home. There is still a boarded window, hole in the ceiling, only one working toilet. She lives in another state as well. Utilities are in her name and go to her home. I've asked to have them in my name she refused due to her filing taxes. So I do pay the utilities. But paid the water bill late. Honeestly that's why she's mad. And now that she mad a trip here to see the home I feel she want to rent to someone else to get more money. My rent currently is very good. Just want her to honor our lease. Will move September 31,2013. Besides I have a daughter who is a senior. Wrong time to move.
This is why it's best to contact someone within the tribunial, there is a housing area. It's harder to get someone out of your house than in sometimes.
Make an effort to pay the bill in dispute and she won't have a leg to stand on, that's if she has legs?
It's against the law in Australia to kick someone out to put the rent up. There are laws that protect tenants..
