    iv download id gta 4 but i cant seem to find it let alone play it

    like do you need a disk or something like i just downloaded it off a site

      ^^ I would try Win 7 compatibility mode, also try launching as admin

          What site did you download it from? Did you go back there to see if there is a support link?
