    It's very interesting that you would use the term "full description" of anatomy - because ultimately you answered it on your own.  It is so often that you see the words Anatomy and Physiology used in close proximity; it means Structure.  And then too the term Physiology being the function of that structure described. Anatomy is the description of any one whole inanimate, or animate gravitational mass in the entire universe, such as a body, or a flower, or even a rock.  Or, the entire universe itself with the entirety of it being inside the description - Usually followed by the function of.
