    No powder whatsoever. In other words, blanks. Looking like a bullet, but not functional as a firearm bullet and cartridge. If the gun looks loaded, no one will load and fire it accidentally or unintentionally resulting in dammage. Lock-up the real bullets safely and separately from the guns.

    Good way to get yerself killed too, If you are going to have a gun, better be real, a gun with blanks will surely piss off an attacker. I don;t have any guns but a matched set of derringers and they are never loaded, I don't even have bullets for them. However, the way things are now and what Obama and clan is trying to do to us, I think I will go pick up a Sig or a glock and I won't buy any blanks either.
