According to dictionaries, the word pretty has many meanings. 4 common meanings:
1) As an adjective: attractive in a delicate way without being beautiful. "she has a pretty face."
2) As an adverb: to a moderately high degree; fairly: "they looked pretty sad."
3) As a noun: an attractive object: "a pretty flower."
4) As a verb: make pretty or attractive: "she got prettied up in an hour"

I dislike and avoid the term "pretty". It is used by some folk as a "stand-off to insult" as in a  dirty-snotty child addressed as "Now aren't you a pretty thing."...then laughing and walking away. A loving person will see the child at a distance and attend to their obvious needs in an approprate-kind manner.

According to Oxford's online dictionary, it does claim pretty as a noun.  Here is the definition and example that they have.
