Both. It is defiantly part of my life, Learn a great deal and can voice when I feel the need to voice.

Gives me something to do when I'm in pain. I'm not addicted, but I have this thing about trying to get through the questions and eventually there may be none, wish full thinking, but it's a challenge lol ..

It's a bit of both to me although I'm not quite as addicted like I was a year ago, it still is and always shall be a part of my life !!

akaQA has become a part of my life, so much so that I moderate the site on a AM/PM basis.I don't look upon it as an addiction, more of a commitment,  in which I  am happy to do.
