Ultimately you need speak with your Doctor(s) about this but there are also a number of forums discussing this issue here>>>>https://www.google.ca/search?q=anyone+who+has+had+cancer+of+the+bladder+and+prostate+was+able+to+perform+sexually&rlz=1C1AFAB_enCA516CA517&oq=anyone+who+has+had+cancer+of+the+bladder+and+prostate+was+able+to+perform+sexually&aqs=chrome.0.57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

my late husband had his bladder removed  for bladder cancer . And that cut some nerves. So, he wasn't able to get an erection anymore; but he was able to ejaculate and  orgasm.
