Rather than temperature, you should worry more about the season, if there is one, that is legal to trap them.  As for temp. roast it in oven at 350 F. once you get one... (just guessing, no experience)

It is illegal in most states to trap bobcats without a licence., using prohibited leghold traps and to sell bobcat pelts for fur.
All this would have been explained to you when you got your licence to hunt. - if you have one.
Bobcats are the most heavily traded cat species and the trade is growing.
Trapped in many US States and Canada, theire fur is sold in the United States, Canada and Europe.
International trade in bobcat skins, parts and products has grown by more than 500% in the past ten years, up from 13.105 specimens in 1995 to 69.545 in 2006. .
Interstate trafficking of of wildlife parts and wildlife is illegal, especially done for profit.
In my state of NH. they outlawed bobcat hunting, because they were declining at an alarming rate are in other states as well.
I dont agree with trapping bobcats for profit. and it schould be outlawed. .

Best temperature? Why? If you're going to trap one and do not want to freeze your kahunas off when you go to retrieve it if you manage to trap one, set the trap for milder days. Bobcats have to eat so they will be out in any weather.
