    how do i fix my 2007 chevy silverado 5.3 liter engine from burning/losing/eating/ ? 2 quarts of oil every 15oo miles 55 k miles on it never pulled or plowed

    The piston rings need to be replaced, OR the Evaporative Emission System needs to be repaired, WBMG

    thanks going to goggle evaporative emission systems however if new pvc valves is what you mean it dosent help

    it maybe your rear main seal leaking look to see if your dripping oil between the pan and trnsmission if so will have to drop oil pan and replace the rear main seal

    Well considering just how many complaints are logged on that site concerning this issue and gm's own mechanics can't figure it out, I would see about starting a class action law suit against them for their inferior trucks. Buy a Ford. :)
