    I presume you are using Internet Explorer. While in Internet Explorer, click on Tools then on Internet Options and then the Security Tab. Click on the Custom Level button. Scroll down to downloads and enable the following: Automatic Prompting for File Downloads, File Download and Font Download. Click on OK and on apply. To make sure the changes take effect, restart Internet Explorer
