This is all I could find on the internet and it's for a 2010. Hopefully the location has stated the same over the years. Click image to enlarge.
The horn relay is part of your K40 relay module. You'll need to test for a ground signal to the relay from the horn switch. Connector D on the module, terminal 1, is your ground signal to the relay. Fuse 6 in the K40 module is for the horn.
