Why do you tell customers to enter a survey competition which no longer exists?

Purchased a car seat for a child yesterday and tried to enter the competition as requested by the staff member who sold me the seat to find it had expired.  What sort of public relations is that?

It's so they can get you on there mailing list, most things like that are a marketing scheme, where a whole heap of company's use your details to call or contact with so called discounted products ...
There cheeky you write to them and complain ..

Sorry Michael we can't help you .This is akaQA a general question and answer site.Take the matter up with the management of the store you purchased the car seat from.
