No, I would not think so unless it was stipulated in the lease. If you have renter's insurance they will cover your property- the landlord should also have insurance to cover his. However, the landlord does not have to replace the tv unless the tv was specifically named as a part of the rental agreement with the lease. Inform your landlord of the robbery and the police report and furnish him with the police report record #. Ask your landlord to change the door locks or permission to change them your self.
