I am not really sure what you are asking or if there is a 'love meter' that can be attached to each and every one of us to measure the level of love we exude.  I personally suspect Green People of loving far more than any other colour of 'person' on the planet... The Polka Dot People love pretty intensely as well.

idk thats why i asked the question im just so used to seing black men using there own women why praise white women

Working in a prison , i have overheard several black men say that they would try dating white women because they see them as a possession or a prize. Something they normally cannot have. That is what i have heard from them, not my opinion at all. What i have seen in a magazine is that white men and black women relationships , though far less numerous than black men -white women , last much longer and have far fewer acts of violence.
