I could not find instructions for a 1992 but here are instructions for a 1998:
1
Open the hood and locate the MAP sensor. It is on the front of the engine, under the PCV valve, just to the right of the alternator, as you are looking down at the front of the engine, which faces the passenger side fenderwell.
2
Unplug the wiring harness connector by pulling the tabs on the side of the sensor out and pulling the plug connector off the sensor. Loosen the hose clamp on the vacuum line with the screwdriver, then pull the vacuum hose off the MAP sensor. Unscrew the retaining bolts with the ratchet and appropriate socket. If your vehicle has the push-in type MAP sensor, it does not have a vacuum hose on the top of the sensor. The process is the same, except there is no hose to pull off -- the sensor has a rubber-type "plug" that fits into the engine. Pull it off the engine -- it will have some resistance.
3
Insert the new MAP sensor into the engine, if you have the push-in type. For both types, reinstall the retaining bolts. For the vacuum type, reinstall the vacuum line. On both types, plug the wiring harness connector into the plug.
