    The term is used to describe a male undergoing changes to become a woman.  They still have male (private) body parts.

    Many intersexed people are born this way, the decision is often made by their parents at an early age, I know many intersexed people whom had there sex decided for them at a very young age by a doctor and the parents.

    Often what happens in adult years many of these people struggle from being stuck in the wrong bodies..

    I met a child like this once. The baby was born without a penis or a vagina and the parents decided on raising the baby as a girl.
