CO2 is not a problem, that is the gas we breath OUT and plant life coverts to Oxygen .
CO, Carbon Monoxide, is a problem, but only if the heater uses an open flame. If it does, then there should be some ventilation to the outside or to allow clean air to enter the space, WBMS
