    Start by relaxing you body from the toes to the knees, your finger tips to you elbows. Concentrate. All moving up and through, feel it relax . End up with your head. Concentrate. Slow and easy. You'll be asleep in no time.......

    Count each breath you take, backwards from 100. Breathe deeply and slowly. You won't make it past 80!
