...Then fix it!  Admitting to yourself that there's a problem is first step to fixing the problem.. Those that have problems and are unaware are the ones that have a bad life.  You apparently know your life is bad so this means you know the good life, so...go get it!!

For anyone to help, you need to give as much  information as you feel comfortable with.  At this point all I can say is, It's a difficult season for many people. I don't think that helped.

There are services in most all areas of society which provide assistance in form of counseling and they are there to help.  All you need do is call and take that assistance.

think about all the people living in poverty, who dont have homes, who dont have food, who dont have friends, who dont have parents. you are lucky as you are to be even having access to aka answers, let alone the computer or even electricity!

everytime im angry at my family or friends , i remind myself of how lucky i am already. go for a roll in my wheel chair , I can read, do anything! People get angry sometimes and they will yell at you, and my body dont let me do anything I once loved to, i cant go to places I use to , its just answering questions on here!! , so love yourself and think about how lucky you are already. :)

you need to find a reason to find life worthwhile. do something for others and that will make you happier even if it is opening a door for some one to start. then find a church and talk to the priest or minister and you will begin tofind happiness
