why is there water(i think) coming out of my exaust pipe? If my durango sits in one spot for a few minutes there is a big(10-12in) oval on the ground from whatever liquid is misting out of the pipe..

its not dripping ,it comes out in like a mist that wets the ground...

if you make a lot of short trips the exhaut system never gets hot enough to get rid of all the water and it collects in the muffler etc. Water is a by product of the combution process.That is why steam comes from your tail pipe on cold weather when you first start your car. but just to be sure check the water lever in your radiator to be sure you are losing water from there.
