This is how you do it...

Super simple...

Stand in the center of your room with the lights out... at midnight with the windows open.

Expose your neck for the Vampires to see clearly.  If you have long hair, tie it back.  If your hair is red... use a little or a lot of hairspray, gel and mousse... back comb until you can not any longer and wave it about while standing.  Vampires love (and I mean LOVE) wild red hair.

Wear black clothes... the more fabric the better... for the flair factor.  Don't wear anything silver.  Stick to a 'less is more' attitude when choosing jewelery.

Do not wear perfumes of any kind... this includes Brut, Calvin Klien, that stinky Opium stuff or anything purchased at Walmart.  Vampires don't care for Walmart... bad history.  (I will fill you in later).

Do not consume Italian food for two weeks prior to 'Vampire Attraction Evening'... there are no Italian Vampires for obvious reasons.

If you can, have Nine Inch Nails playing in the background for no particular reason other than I am a bit of a Trent Reznor fan.

Above all else stay out of the tanning booth... in fact no matter what your pigmentation is... try to stay out of the sun... the pastier you are the better.  Pasty skin glows in the dark for Vampires (Little known fact)  > I am as white as a sheet... they come for a chit chat all the time.  Unfortunately, I am a vegetarian ... my blood tastes like broccoli.  Vampires are not big fans of green vegetables.
